Executive Chef Tom Marth Tom joined the IMC Center for Nutrition & Weight Management team in May 2008, and was instrumental in developing our "There's a Chef in YOUR Kitchen" Program. Tom brings with him years of experience as an Executive Chef having worked for both Marriott Corporation and Hurley Medical Center. He was also the Food Service Director of Lapeer Regional Hospital employed by HDS Services in Farmington Hills for several years.
Tom received his education through an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. He then interned at Faneuil Hall Quincy Market, Boston, Massachusetts. Tom returned to Michigan and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Ferris State University. |
